Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our handcrafted garments, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care will not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, email smriti@dharaabysmriti.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A ₹100 shipping fee is non-refundable for returned orders.

3. Exchange Process:

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• If the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided.

4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after quality check.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
